    <International Circulation>: BNP has been one of the most attractive parameters and researches of heart failure management， so can we use BNP as a bio marker or a prognosis predictor of heart failure definitively based on the currently available data， in your opinion?

    Dr. Wagner: The data is quite promising but there are still some questions about the age limit which remain unanswered.

    <International Circulation>:Do you have any comment on the value of BNP guided treatment of heart failure in which modalities could lower or target BNP levels?

    Dr. Wagner: The big question today was the BNP and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction and it’s really not clear what to do， and that for me is the biggest question.
